1. Donations
Donations may be made by all interested individuals residing in Serbia or abroad.
By making a donation, the donor agrees that the donated funds shall unconditionally become the property of the Slavko Ćuruvija Foundation (SĆF) and may be used to support the realization of the vision, mission, and goals of SĆF, as described on the website https://www.slavkocuruvijafondacija.rs/
Methods of Donation Payment
Donations on the SĆF website may be made using one of the following payment methods: payment cards – VISA, MasterCard, Maestro, DinaCard, and American Express that support online payments. Card payments are processed in cooperation with AllSecure d.o.o. and Banca Intesa, in a secure and certified manner via the AllSecure Payment Gateway, by entering payment card details.
After entering card details and confirming the payment, the bank authorizes the transaction, after which the transaction is approved and immediately executed.
Please check with the issuing bank whether your card supports online payments.
Types of Donations
A donor may make a one-time or monthly donation.
A one-time donation means that the donor selects one of the offered amounts or specifies an amount of their choice for a single payment.
A monthly donation means that the donor selects one of the offered amounts, which will be automatically renewed each month until the donor cancels the payment. The processing of monthly donations is carried out through the AllSecure Payment Gateway. The donor may cancel the monthly donation at any time.
Donation Payment Review, Confirmation, and Payment
By entering data into the form (donor information – name and surname, country of residence, email address, payment card details, and donation amount), checking the option “I agree with the general terms of donation payment,” and optionally checking “I wish to receive information about SĆF activities by email,” and by confirming via the appropriate button, the donor confirms the selected donation amount.
The donor will then be redirected to the payment confirmation section, which contains an overview of the basic donation details: amount and donor information. Prior to confirming the donation payment, the donor may cancel the donation or change the donation amount.
SĆF will collect the donor’s email address exclusively if the option “I wish to receive information about SĆF activities by email” has been selected.
By accepting the option “Confirm donation payment,” the donor completes the donation payment.
If the transaction is successful, the donor will be shown a confirmation message, followed by a payment confirmation sent to the email address provided.
If the transaction is unsuccessful, the donor will receive a notification that the payment has failed.
Protection of Confidential Transaction Data
When entering payment card information, confidential data are transmitted over a public network in protected (encrypted) form using SSL protocol and the PCI DSS system, currently the most advanced cryptographic technologies.
Payment data security is guaranteed by the payment card processor, Banca Intesa Belgrade, and the entire payment process is carried out on the bank’s pages.
SĆF does not have access to payment card data at any stage of the transaction. The payment processor AllSecure securely stores actual card data on behalf of SĆF and instead assigns a token that replaces card data. Even if the token were stolen, it would be completely useless, as it is merely a random string of numbers that cannot be converted into card data.
SĆF undertakes not to request or store, in any electronic form, payment card data used for the transaction, especially card number, expiration date, CVC2, CVV, etc.
3D Secure Protection – AllSecure Payment Gateway uses the highest global standards of security and data privacy. All users are automatically included in 3D Secure protection, ensuring transaction safety for SĆF donors.
PCI DSS Standards – AllSecure Payment Gateway continuously complies with all card organization requirements to increase security. Since 2005, the system has been continuously certified as PCI DSS Level 1, the highest industry standard. PCI DSS defines mandatory security measures for processing, storing, and transmitting sensitive card data, protecting cardholder data throughout the entire donation process.
Currency Conversion Statement
All payments will be made in the local currency of the Republic of Serbia – Serbian dinar (RSD). For informational price display in other currencies, the middle exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia is used. The amount charged to your payment card will be expressed in your local currency through conversion at the rate used by card organizations, which may not be known to us at the time of the transaction.
Complaints Policy
SĆF assumes no responsibility for donor errors that may occur during the donation process. If a problem or irregularity occurs during donation, SĆF recommends that the donor contact SĆF immediately, and no later than within three (3) business days from the donation date, so that potential issues may be identified and resolved as soon as possible.
Complaints may be submitted by email to: donacije@slavkocuruvijafondacija.rs.
Donation Refunds
A donation refund is possible in cases where payment was made through misuse of a payment card by third parties.
In such cases, a scanned, written, reasoned refund request, signed by the cardholder, must be submitted within 30 days of the donation payment, either by email to donacije@slavkocuruvijafondacija.rs or by post to: Svetozara Markovića 17, 11000 Belgrade, Serbia. The request must be accompanied by the payment confirmation email, a scanned ID card of the cardholder, and a contact phone number.
The donor will be contacted by SĆF within 15 business days of receipt of a complete request. Refunded funds may only be paid to the account linked to the payment card used for the donation.
Refunds are processed exclusively via VISA, EC/MC, Maestro, American Express, and Dina payment methods. The bank will process the refund upon SĆF’s request.
The donor will not bear any refund-related costs.
Cancellation of Monthly Donations
Monthly donations may be canceled by clicking the appropriate link included in the email received when the donation is initiated, as well as in periodic confirmation emails sent after each monthly donation is processed. By clicking the designated link (“cancel monthly donation”), the donor stops further monthly donations and receives confirmation in a new window that the monthly donation has been successfully canceled.
VAT Statement
SĆF is not a VAT-registered entity.
VAT is not charged on donations, and there are no additional or hidden costs.
Validity and Amendments of Terms
Donation-related transactions are governed by the Terms of Use in effect on the date of donation. SĆF reserves the right to amend the Terms of Use at any time.
The Terms of Use enter into force on the date of publication on the website https://donacije.slavkocuruvijafondacija.rs/uslovi-uplate-donacije/.
